4. Information Regarding User Computers, Cookies, and Web Analytics

To ensure an adequate level of data protection, data transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU Commission and additional technical measures, including IP anonymization, as well as organizational measures to ensure data protection.  Matomo Analytics is hosted locally on the servers of the hosting partner Hostpoint AG (Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland). All data collected remains exclusively in Switzerland and is not shared with third parties. Matomo collects data to analyze website user behavior without transferring personal data without the consent of the data subject. The Google Tag Manager is used to manage tracking tags. It does not collect personal data itself but facilitates the integration of the tools mentioned above. The Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is used to measure the success of advertising campaigns and display targeted advertising. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is used to create anonymous reports about website visitors and to analyze the performance of LinkedIn campaigns.

All data collected is used exclusively to optimize the website and for marketing purposes and is treated as strictly confidential. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

4.4 The website www.zunfthauszursaffran.ch uses Permaleads to analyze user behavior and identify company IP addresses for marketing purposes. This service involves the transmission of data about user behavior (e.g., IP address, time of access, user behavior, browser request, etc.) directly to Permaleads servers and is used exclusively for www.zunfthauszursaffran.ch.
